Shipping policy
COVID-19 update: We are experiencing potential delays due to a high volume of orders and minor shipping delays due to Covid-19 safety restrictions.
At Bikessentials our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our products are manufactured and shipped warehouses all around the world. We require your country location to be able to ship from our closest warehouse to minimise your delivery charge. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bikessentials is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bikessentials.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
